Founder & CEO
Prior to myKlovr, Gustavo was founder and CEO of WhiteRock Capital Partners, Inc and The WhiteRock Group, LLC. Before founding WhiteRock, Gustavo was a senior investment banker at UBS, Smith Barney and JE Capital. In addition to his career in investment banking, Gustavo founded Cancer Frontiers Inc. an internet based B2B provider of genetic oncology drugs. Mr. Dolfino is a frequent contributor on CNN and CNBC, he has an MBA from Thunderbird and a BBA from The George Washington University.
CTO & Head of Product
Anthony loves solving problems with technology and building things in code. “Things” includes an early mobile game that broke $250million in sales, some casual games for Publishers Clearing House, a responsive catalog search tool for ecommerce companies, and, long ago, control systems for municipal water systems. Before he got really serious about building things, Anthony earned bachelors and masters degrees in electrical engineering and computer science at Princeton and Rice Universities and an MBA at Duke.
Chief Strategy Officer
Piotr spent years leading strategic marketing functions in multi-million-dollar consumer goods businesses. He has lived and worked with SABMiller in six countries on three continents, including Europe, Latin America, and the US. Piotr has an MBA from Nottingham Trent University and knows a lot about stuff like market segmentation, growth strategy, portfolio development, brand equity, media, and communications, etc. His son, Ignacy is a college bound high school student so Piotr has a vested, personal interest in making myKlovr the best college counseling service in the world!
Chief Business Development Officer
Jamie is a passionate higher education advocate striving to bring equitable opportunities to students going through the college admissions process. Jamie serves as myKlovr’s Chief Business Development Officer, bringing higher education innovators and technology together to serve students. Jamie's work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and Fox News.
Regional Sales Director
Jenny Dodson-Jenkins is a Regional Sales Director at myKlovr. Prior to myKlovr, Jenny served as Executive Program Director for Global Healthcare Resources.
Jenny's passion for building programs that are sustainable, educational, career-driving, and fun is evident in the many programs she helped build to train human resource & insurance professionals. Through building these programs she has developed incredible partnerships with some of the largest companies and employee benefits firms in the world. The programs she built have helped thousands of HR and Insurance professionals elevate their careers and salaries as well as understand the latest trends in healthcare reform, wellness, self-funding and voluntary benefits. At myKlovr, Jenny applies her expertise to help organizations and their employees find the right career-building curriculum, college or vocational path that will help companies strategically build productive workforces through education and career counseling.
Jenny has a blended family with five children and she and her husband know first-hand how important it is for students to have college and career plans for their future. She is passionate about myKlovr because of its ability to bring equitable opportunities to high-school students, underemployed individuals, and employees with untapped potential.
Regional Sales Director
Rich is a people person. His client-focused approach in developing professional relationships has led him to standout and thrive in results-oriented environments. Prior to joining myKlovr, he led his own employee benefits consulting firm which focused on ancillary benefit offerings designed to enhance employee engagement. He graduated with honors from The State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Communications.
Director of Marketing and Engagement
Zack is myKlovr’s Director of Marketing and Engagement. Prior to myKlovr, Zack served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Dramatists Guild of America – an arts trade association advocating for the rights of theatremakers around the country. Zack holds a BFA from Missouri State University and his theatrical background has served him well throughout his marketing career. As an avid storyteller himself, he finds nuanced inspiration through an empathetic lens and continues to advocate for those who have important stories to share.
Head of Data Science and Analytics
With over 11 years of experience, Richie has been growing data practices. His expertise spans driving results through productizing data-- crafting models, building robust analytical platforms, wrangling big data sets and crafting data-driven insight. Companies he has worked at include: DigitasLBI, Pixable, Bloomberg and OMD. He holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Chicago and an MS in Data Science from Columbia University.
Data Science Advisor
Fanny thinks in numbers and algorithms. With methods like random forest or nearest neighbors, she is contributing to making myKlovr your virtual college advisor. She has lived on three continents and has completed a Master in Computational Science and Engineering at Harvard University. However, Fanny initially studied civil engineering, but later realized she wanted to be a data scientist, which is why she is very motivated to implement a college counseling tool that will help students avoid those detour in their college curriculum.
Dr. Michael J. Youmans
Academic & Admissions Consultant
Dr. Michael J. Youmans, aka Dr. Yo, founded CollegePrepExpress in 1990. He attended Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford, received his B.A. from Harvard in 1986, his MA in English Language and Literature from Middlebury College Bread Loaf School of English and Lincoln College, Oxford, in 1993, and his Ph.D. in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College Lynch School of Education in 2006. Dr. Yo taught English, Math, Music, Philosophy, Astronomy, Social Studies, and Physics at a half-dozen schools at the high school, junior high school, and junior college levels in CT and MA before leaving the classroom in 2008 to run CollegePrepExpress full time.
As a former English and Social Studies High School teacher, Thomas routinely helped students successfully navigate the High School – College transition. As an advisor to myKlovr, Thomas has been instrumental in vetting our academic, personal, and professional recommendations and content creation. In addition, Thomas writes an educational blog for us and has a large following of both, educators, and students. He currently resides in California.

Kendell is a writer and producer living in Venice Beach, California with her two teenagers and theme park designer husband. She writes young adult novels and teaches screenwriting at high schools throughout Los Angeles. Kendell’s daughter is a high school senior and immersed in college applications. Her son, a high school sophomore, is just starting to think about colleges. Kendell started and leads two Facebook groups supporting parents in their search of best schools for their children: High School Heaven: Searching For Perfection in Los Angeles and University Utopia: Searching For the Perfect College.
Founder of Christopher Bot
Alec Jones, a 17 year-old grade 12 student from Victoria, British Columbia, developed Christopher Bot to provide teenagers like himself, with homework assistance. He is a great example of Generation Z entrepreneurial spirit.

Prada, born and raised in NYC, is an extraordinary listener. She rallies her employees, customers, and colleagues around the office. She is magnetic and leaves everyone energized, enthusiastic, and electrified. Employees want to work with her, customers want to buy from her, and everyone wants to be a part of her world. She even has the ability to get her work done by laying on the floor. Her special talents never cease to amaze the team.
